Property information

Luxury doesn’t necessarily mean flamboyant decoration and excessive furniture; Kapodistria Villa is the finest example of luxury through a minimalist approach. A newly built villa that opens for the first time in 2022, Kapodistria Villa combines close proximity to a famous tourist resort with serenity and full privacy. It measures 120 sq.m. and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms in total. The spacious ground level (which alone measures 65 sq.m.) offers its guests a double sofa-bed, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. This is not all, of course: there is also a bedroom equipped with a double bed. The living room and the bedroom enjoy a direct access to the balcony and the swimming pool. The first floor has two bedrooms, which feature a private bathroom with a shower each! One bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and the other has two single ones that can be combined into a queen-size bed, if you wish. Both bedrooms have access to a large balcony with a relaxing view of the sea. Kapodistria Villa is located in a quiet area of Tsilivi – a tourist resort very popular among tourists and locals alike, since it’s perfect both for couples and for families (there are many places in Tsilivi where children can have a wonderful time!). Everything is within walking distance, whereas you enjoy perfect privacy. Whatever you may wish, be it restaurants, bars, clubs, markets, the amazing Water Park or the famous organized beach, you can reach it within minutes, while the perfectly serene environment waits for you back at home.
