Everything was perfect! The villa's position (the best beach we visited in Limnos), the service, the atmosphere… The owners are great hosts; the apartment is clean and new, well-equipped, and has a magnificent terrace with a great view. The breakfast at the terrace is also a great option. There is a small but very charming village just above this place with a nice tavern for a lazy night out and the main city and port is just a few minute's drive from the villas for more taverns, shops and everything else you may need. We will definitely come back to visit and stay at this place again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property, as a family of 4. Kontias is a beautiful village and the property is close by to the bakery, the market, a very kid friendly tavern and the playground of the village. The house itself was spacious, very comfortable (big kitchen and bathroom, bedroom) and well equipped with everything that a family with kids might need. Also Stergios, the owner, was always asking if we needed anything extra and pampered us with fresh local produce. The outdoor space was pretty too, very traditional, with nice little decorative additions. Overall, we highly recommend this property and its location either for families or friend groups :)

Nice hotel on the outskirts of the village, it's not far from the beach. Very friendly stuff. Cleanly, the apartments are well equipped and have everything needed. There is a privat parking and a charming garden with a wonderful Mediterranean vegetation.
Amazing breakfast, very modern and luxurious rooms, feels like you are the first one staying there.
Also it was no problem to stay longer after checkout and use the power outlet and facilities in the patio to finish some work, very nice of the friendly staff!
The property is located in a particularly beautiful part of Myrina. The former village Androni (now part of Myrina) has retained it's village charm and the pace of life there is slow and calm. The best beach of Myrina (Riha Nera) is only walking distance away and there is a very well stocked supermarket also only minutes away from the property. The friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts Barbara and Kostas must be mentioned and the views from the property onto the sea and the ruins of the old Venetian Castle of Myrina are stunning.
The luxury of the apartment and the area were marvellous. Near the port and the main market of Myrina. We could easily plan and start your trips to everywhere in Lemnos
The location is great - just 10 minutes walk to the peaceful beach, bars and restaurants and 15 minutes of very steep walking up to the beautiful village. The host was very friendly and reacted immediately to our request. The house was very well equipped and spotlessly clean.
