Beautiful villa with lovely views! We loved using the bbq, and found a good supermarket with lovely seasoned meat. This was our first time staying in a villa and loved doing everything at our own pace and having the pool to ourselves. Car is definitely essential as the other reviews say but we always like a car to explore anyway so no problem for us.

It’s in a big olive tree garden with some fruit trees which is very nice. (Jojoba was very tasty 😋) Georgia is a super host. Responsive very fast & gentle. Location and the view from the balcony is very nice as everybody mentioned. Everyday cleaning service. We had everything that we needed in the house.

Out of Skiathos Town, ca. 4 km in the Hills. You can go there: Taxi from Skiathos or Bus to Monastry and walk 1km downhill or Rent a small car. Beautiful view, landscape, olive trees around, very silent. Very good airconditioned Flat, not hot in the summer. Everything for self-cooking in the good kitchen, beautiful living- and sleeping-room. Childrens bed (very funny) a little higher to climb on. My son (7) loved it. Really nice owner. She cares for you and speaks very good English! Terasse with shadow, dining in the morning outside. Wonderful stay!

Lovely beachfront hotel. I was impressed by the hospitality of the family who run the hotel and all their efforts to make every guest feel great. The room was spotless, recently renovated according to high standards and cleaned every day. The beach is just a few meters away. The hotel has a nice beach bar where breakfast is served as well as lunch and refreshments during the day. Skiathos town is 15 minutes away on foot but it can be reached also by bus (bus stop is close to the hotel). Lovely hotel.
Penelope is really kind, take care of her guests like a lovely grandmother. If you need something she has the solution and information as well. The villa is clean, well equipped and comfortable. I recommend it everyone who wants a relaxing and smooth holiday in Skiathos.
The Villa was beautiful, clean and had all the essentials available. Alex was there to greet us and show us the property. Villa was in a great location, walking distance to beaches, market, great restaurants and also the bus stop to go into town or other beaches further away.
The place itself is really nice, the location is great, (not directly in the center but very close to it) with small beaches in just a few hundred meters. The view is amazing to the sea. The staff is super friendly. The atmoshphere is realixing, quiet, clean and minimal. The restaurant of the Villa has great kitchen - plus the breakfast is a big plus! I’m looking forward to come back again sometime! 🫶🏻
We just had a wonderful stay at Villa Anna and we are so pleased with everything. Villa Anna is perfectly located with a fantastic view overlooking the sea and with a very personal and relaxing feeling.
The apartment was nice decorated and perfectly cleaned everyday. Warm welcoming from our so nice host Ioanna who gave us a nice time with very interesting and helpful information about the island and Villa Anna.

My sister and I had a lovely 4 night break at Avaton Suites & Villas at the start of the season. Within walking distance of both the beach & town, surrounded by beautiful olive groves. A peaceful oasis! Eleni and her team were so attentive, they made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. Always checking we were having a good time and that we had everything we needed. Eleni was so cheerful and helpful - we really appreciated her level of customer service.
Beautiful location with stunning sea views. Situated on a hill overlooking the local beach which was a pleasant 10 minute walk away.
A brand new complex built to a very high standard around a central pool/ bar area.
We stayed in the villa which was really spacious with accommodation across three levels. Outdoors was a large terrace with a lovely private pool with sea views. The villa was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean.
The staff were excellent, couldn’t do enough for us.
