A very nice flat, (not a house) a little outside Gythio, about 10 minutes by car. (Car recommended) The house is fully in keeping with the pictures shown, everything was very clean when we arrived. We were very happy with the flat, which was in the part of the property facing away from the beach path. There is enough space for at least 4 people. We were on the upper floor and had a great terrace with a view of the olive groves. The kitchen has everything you need, if there was also a dishwasher it would be perfect. There is a washing machine, everything works perfectly. Good contact with the rental company, we wanted to move on site, which was handled quickly and professionally. Please note, due to the choice of words (e.g. on BOOKINGS) you might think it is a whole house, but there are two flats, one upstairs, one downstairs with its own access, which are located in two houses. A 5-minute walk to the beach and restaurant, 3 minutes to the (large) supermarket. We are happy to recommend Efmar Residences to anyone looking for peace and relaxation.
