Location was incredible! 2 mins to beach, 2 mins to supermarket, right at the start of the “strip” not that it it’s but all the bars etc start here, can’t bear any noise inside though even if you have an early night. Has all the amenities for light cooking if you choose to. Paolo is so helpful, helped with airport transfers, tips, very friendly, easy to reach if needed. Can’t fault this property, absolutely perfect for anyone who wants simple accommodation within a very short distance of all the life in Kardamena

Highly recommended! Such a lovely place, you have everything you need for a relaxing holiday, from fully equipped kitchen, two toilet/shower rooms, balcony on each floor to sit out and relax. Even the location is perfect, you are so close to beach, shops, restaurants & bars all within walking distance. To make it even special the lovely host leaves welcome pack of essentials of water, milk etc.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and with all the amenities that we might have wanted. It couldn't be closer to the sea and the view is spectacular it is very quiet and cool. Even in the warmest of days we didn't need to use air-conditioning.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with super views from all directions. We were holidaying with our 2 teenage daughters and since the apartment offers 2 bedrooms, it was a perfect fit for our family. The upper terrace has spectacular views and deck chairs and we enjoyed just sitting around and sunning ourselves up there. Located on the quiet end of the beach (which is a positive!) , a really easy 3 minute stroll to the hustle and bustle. Katerina is a welcoming host and thoughtfully stocked the fridge with water bottles, bread and cheese before our arrival in case we needed something to put in our mouths after our long journey. She was also very generous to allow us a late checkout since our flight out was late at night.
