This apartment is literally perfect and new. It is located on a hill and it has an amazing view of Georgiopoulis bay (you can even see the famous chapel of Agios Nikolaos!!) from the terrace…it was lovely for us to relax here and have breakfast or dinner. In the kitchen there is everything you need to cook, the bathroom has a window and the bedroom was beautiful and has the view of the bay…loved it!! There is also a sofa, a tv and there is plenty of place. There are two air conditioner, one for the kitchen and one for the bedroom and we really appreciated the fact that every window has a mosquito net. We had a warm welcome in the apartment and if you arrive late, as we did, there’s also a tavern 3 min on foot where we had a good late dinner. It is super quiet, cozy and it just felt like home here. I felt the location was good to reach Rethymno (where you can find bigger supermarkets) and to reach the southern beaches. Not better choice could have been made staying here. 10/10 loved it!!

I would first like to extend my gratitude to the Amazing host Giorgos! He was so very helpful and really went above and beyond for us. Wanted a private boat for my birthday and he had effortlessly found one for me, which he really didn’t need to do. Such a kind hearted person! Before I get to reviewing the villa I would like to mention that there is such a friendly cat who just wants love and attention, I fed him and gave him water each day which he really appreciated! if you do see him and you have any food left over, he would reallyyy love that! The villa came with stunning views of the mountain, very private. Double bedroom / twin room - AC, great space, came with mirrors and door leading outside however wouldn’t recommend keeping the doors open if you’re not a fan of creepy crawlies. Twin room had a nice surprising small private garden. Bathroom - spacious, came with washing machine, water pressure was good however shower head was a little wobbly but still secure. Outdoor - lovely private pool, nice outdoor seating and swing with cushions. Pool came with a shallow part too. It is also very picturesque with beautiful pink flowers to take amazing photos. Private parking spot. Due to the area, you will definitely need a car Getting there was a little tricky but thanks to the amazing host who was more than happy to help with directions 7 minute drive away is a little town with shops, restaurants, a lovely beach and resort where you can have food/ drinks. Parking is easy around there as well.

Beautiful location, spacious and cozy house, well maintained with very friendly energy. Fully equipped and clean also. Absolutely worth its price!

The location is fantastic, a car is necessary, the sun terrace upstairs at the property is very enjoyable, also there is a large well kept swimming pool and the grounds are very well looked after by the onsite staff who are also very helpful. The complex is a mixture of house owners and house renters and is generally quiet and peaceful.
