If You are reading this review while hesitant to make your booking, goooooo do the boooking now!!! This place is fantastic!! Everything wt u need is there!! The garden full of historic olive trees and palm-grenade trees. You can take a 3 min walk to the 2000 old olive tree. the location is wonderful! The host is suppper nice and helpful! she started the conversation on whatsup and she was always checking on us. If you are fancy enough for some grill, the place is perfect for grilling and everything for grill equipments are there. if you come from Zakynthos, go to Mymarke and buy some meat first (they have fresh meat) and do your grill at the this house, you won’t regret it. the place is 15 min from every famous thing. From this place you can drive easily to Navagio view location, go early morning to avoid the huge line. It’s obvious the host put so much attention to quality on details in this house… even the shampoo they put for guests is a high quality! So u can imagine the rest😃

A beautiful and spacious holiday villa, bedrooms were very comfortable and the living areas very well designed. We loved the outdoor kitchen and of course the stunning infinity pool. Nikos and his mother were so welcoming and looked after us with kindness and care, very attentive and helpful to all our questions and requests. Highly recommend Villa Elithea to anyone wanting a relaxing and peaceful holiday in Zakynthos.

Cute little house in good location, very nicely decorated, everything is near with a car. You basically have a small yard with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, outdoor sitting and shower with toilet. Good wifi. Awesome host - will help you with anything you may need, recommends a lot places to see and experience! We had a great stay.

house was very nicely equipped with all what you need for independent stay. location was very good,when you prefer to stay in non-crowded areas and if you have a car and you can travel on your own (what was our preference).

I loved the location. The views were breathtaking. I'll never forget the sunsets into the Ionian. Stunning. I liked it was a traditional Greek home and not a super modern box with no soul or identity that you can find in any global popular tourist spot. This home feels like you're immersed in Greek life. I loved it. There were so many outside areas to sit and appreciate the views or just socialise and eat. The house was so well equipped. Everything you need from beach towels to BBQ fish grill thingy! The host was really easy to communicate with through Booking.com messages. Previous comments about WiFi surprise me. In the house and on the veranda we had good coverage and could both stream at the same time without issue. The lady in the local shop and cafe was lovely and super helpful.

Ioanna Chateau is the ideal chill out holiday accommodation situated in the quiet town of Maries. Extremely private with all the home comforts. Our host Kyriaki was a wonderful and genuine lady who made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble. If you have a bucket list then Ioanna Chateau should be on it. Basil was a superb host - ready to help out if we needed anything. A lovely welcome basket of local fruit, oil and wine was provided. Villa Esperia was well equipped, and the view was magnificent. We'd gladly stay again.

it is a very big house with plenty of room outside and inside. The temperature in the house was good although it was very warm outside. the terrace is big and is comfortable to stay when it to warm in the sun. It lay’s in a quiet part of Zakynthos
