The quality and spaciousness of the maisonnette offers really excellent value for this price. The location is in the middle of the country side and very quiet (except for some overly enthusiastic roosters at night) and from the balconies one has beautiful views over the sea (very nice sunset view). The beaches along the main road towards Chania are beautiful and quiet, with dramatic mountain views and spectacular waves. The owners Olga and Nicos have been very kind and helpful, so we had a truly wonderful experience.

Everything was amazing- the owners had obviously thought through everything and the villa was modern but traditional with a great pool in lovely private surroundings, the bedrooms inc linens were immaculate and extremely comfortable, the gratefully received welcome pack of foods inc coffee, butter, jam, bread, eggs, cheese, water, milk, a full fruit bowl, pool towels provided, PlayStation, air conditioning, I could go on and on - they have definitely thought of everything! Although the driveway was a little tricky we soon got the hang of it! (if you hire a car - make it a small one or you can park outside)

The property had fantastic location in a quiet area of olivethree orchards. Fantastic view. Host was most accommodable. Arrangemant for arrival was painless, even at night. Great place for relaxing family atmosphere with sunbeds and pool for cooling. Expect the pool to be cold for hot days. Well cleaned when I arrived. Kitchen was well stocked with essential utensils and kitchen sets. Dishwasher and washingmashine was well functioning. Great garden for barbequing. Parking right behind the villa. Could work from the villa with free WiFi, strong 4G signal most areas inside the villa.

from the moment of booking, the owner was extremely helpful & forthcoming with any information we needed for our stay. They were on hand 24/7 if needed. The Villa was immaculately presented, with fresh pool towels & shower towels. The pool area with the view is truly stunning. We were there for a wedding and the location is very close to Agreco Farms, a local specialist in organic produce and also a beautiful wedding venue. Having a car booked is essential as location is in the hills, the hosts can also provide car hire and pretty much anything you will need for your stay. We were greeted by Iros on day 2 who presented us with local wine, Raki and some fruit. A personal touch and going above & beyond to ensure we needed for nothing. I would recommend to family & friends alike for their trip to Rethymno!
