Great view and facilities. Maria gave a great presentation making sure we were well informed about the area. She supplied us with a map of the area and it's surroundings with suggestions of restaurants to visit and beaches that we might want to explore.

Blue Lilac is the most amazing villa we've stayed in. It's very new and very well maintained and cleaned. It's a beautiful and thoughtfully designed building with an amazing infinity pool with a stunning view over Parga. Elia is an excellent host, there when you need him, but respectful of your space also.

The location was very nice in a quieter part of Loutsa, in walking distance of Vrachos beach. The house has balconies to every room, air conditioning in ever room. in the back there is an outside shower and stone barbecue. The wifi was good. Me and my wife and two kids felt great there.

The convenient, quiet and pretty location just above Parga meant we could benefit from views and a breeze and feel immersed in nature whilst being able to quickly get into town. The villa itself was very clean and well appointed with a lovely and very generous outdoor space and a private pool that was bigger than we expected and the rooms were comfortable and A/C very good.
Nancy and Stefanos were very helpful and responsive, particularly when we had an emergency medical request and the cleaner was also very sweet and helpful and kept the villa spotless. Lastly, the gardens and surrounding olive groves are stunning, we could not stop taking pictures. We would love to come back and see how Asaya Hills Villas develops in the coming years and wish Nancy and Stefanos the best of luck!
Additionally, Parga is a great location, it's a stunning town, you can access Islands on boat trips and beaches by car or boat, take in local ruins and explore villages, get up to Syvota for further Island trips, drive inland to see the Acheron Gorge and River and if coming into Preveza also get down to Lefkada.

I have never tried a cleaner location than this one. Very, very clean and neat, equipt with everything we needed.
The hosts are WONDERFUL people, warm and willing to help whenever they can.
The house is very cosy and the garden is a delight.
I highly recommend the place and when in Parga we will return for sure.

Villa Ikaros was a very nice place to stay. We spent 3 nights there and everything was perfect. Peaceful and quiet place 😊. Host was very friendly too.

Excellent value for price
Very clean property, very helpful host, Giota and the entire personel. We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedrom appartment, 1 kitchenette, 1 bathroom and 1 balcony from the master bathroom -all very clean and with everything we needed. Exceptional value for the money, photos from booking.com are very accurate. Private Parking is 20 metres away from the property, the garden surrounding Villa Ikaros is beautiful and well groomed.
The garden and surrounding wettlands view was even better than we expected.
The location is perfect for exploring the Ioanian coastline and the Acheron river, there is also a very nice beach in Ammoudia which is 5 minutes away - perfect for late afternoon.
We liked the cleanliness and comfortability of the rooms, but most of all - Giota and everyone in Villa Ikaros were so friendly and hospitable, provided us very good advice about the sights and were always ready to answer any questions we had.
We loved our stay at Villa Ikaros; the room was very nice, clean, big enough, with AC, fridge and a kitchenette The villa is in a quiet village which i highly recommend if you want to relax. The host, Giota was very friendly, interested in our needs and gave us beach recommendations. We would definetely consider it again and recommend it to our friends.

Close to beach, mini market and centre of village. Amazing view from balcony! Tasty breakfast, helpful and friendly staff.
Loved our room, had everything we needed.
There was even a mosquito screen on the balcony door - which was greatly appreciated as there are a lot of mosquitos.
