The Thatch Cottage is a lovely place to spend few days and enjoy the Cotswolds area. We went on New Year’s Eve and had a great time! The house is fully equipped and comfortable, they provide with everything you will need including pods for the dishwasher, teas, oil, bathroom kit with shampoo and conditioner, and wood logs for the chimney!

The location is excellent for touring the Cotswolds. Very peaceful with outstanding garden and countryside views. Acorn cottage is warm and cosy with everything you need for a perfect stay. The cottage is in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. It has all the facilities which are needed but is uncluttered. The welcome pack, including milk and homemade cake, was tremendous and just what you need after a long drive. The location is excellent and Long Compton itself is a very pleasant village. The owners left a comprehensive set of information and instructions, including maps of good local walks. The local pub is good and friendly.
