Beautiful old 16th century cottage with charm and character. Very relaxing with hot tub & sauna. Comfortable beds and sofa.Very well equipped kitchen and fabulous welcome basket of goodies.
Lots of extras to make it special and a real home from home comfortable experience, e.g., coffee machine & pods, pizza oven, hair dryers, hot water bottles, fans, TV streaming service, and excellent WIFI.
Owners and team very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend. We'll be back!

Had a wonderful stay at the owls hoot, a great couple of nights away with my girlfriend especially with having the hot tub and sauna to enjoy, there are other houses around you but it feels totally private as the garden isn't overlooked by the neighbours.
Definitely recommend and would love to stay again especially as it's fairly local to me.

We stayed here as a group of friends, and we enjoyed every minute of being here. The property has everything you need, and the gardens and pond area are stunning. We really appreciated the late checkout since they didn't have anyone else checking in that day. I would recommend this place for any groups looking for a relaxing and tranquil stay.

The staff were welcoming. I had advised them it was our wedding anniversary. We were given a bottle of bubbly on arrival. The room was very comfortable. The air conditioning was great!
There was a bath and shower.
Only downside was the WiFi did not work in bedroom.
The breakfasts were excellent.
The village itself is really nice- quiet with lovely walks directly from hotel.
The location is nice - pretty village - and the initial look of the building is nice and quaint. The decor is good and the bedrooms are well-appointed.
Breakfast was excellent and a good choice on the menu. We ate dinner there too: soup was warm, cheese and biscuits overpriced. Village is very attractive but there are very few commercial outlets there. We got parking on site, just; I imagine it can be difficult when the pub is full.
