Lovely quiet location but within short driving distance to mountains and attraction. We loved the character of the cottage that had very comfortable furnishings with some added quirkiness. Beds were super comfortable and cottage always warm and cosy.

Located in Raglan in the Gwent region, The Granary provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. This holiday home features a garden. The property is non-smoking and is situated 50 km from Bristol Parkway Station.

This property is deep in welsh countryside, located on a working farm. You are surrounded by fields, animals and nothing else! It's only 15 mins to a number of busy towns, but if you don't want remoteness, don't choose this place. For us - it was perfect. But you don't need to worry about a lack of mod-cons! Great wifi, a smart TV, fully fitted kitchen (I mean fully fitted - even a bread maker), heating etc. The property is a little dated, but it feels like you've gone to stay with your lovely relatives in the country. The house is very spacious, ensuites on the two rooms as well as a shower & toilet downstairs. There are books to read, differences spaces to chill and enjoy the quietness (minus the animal noises) of a lovely part of Wales. Geoff and Sally were lovely hosts. Geoff was great in helping us work out where to go and although they are right next door, we didn't feel overlooked at all (I hope they felt the same!). I liked this property as it felt like a home, not a hotel.

The Beaufort Raglan is set in a beautiful village. There is a local grocery shop and fish and chip shop and more within walking distance. The hotel was lovely, very picturesque and the room was lovely. It had everything you needed. The Breakfasts were delicious and had a wide range to choose from. The staff were very friendly and were able to advise on local areas of interest. I would highly recommend the Beaufort Raglan.

A lovely traditional pub with B&B — my room was clean and comfy, the staff were friendly and the food was delicious! Excellent location too, just off the main road (A40 / M50) in a lovely little village with a general store, post office and laundrette within walking distance, and just a short distance from awesome Raglan Castle (a must-see!). Many thanks — I would highly recommend the Beaufort to others and would be very happy to stay again!

Lovely quiet village location. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Nice room and beds were comfy. Evening meal and breakfast were both very tasty and well presented. They were able to provide gluten free options for my daughter. There is a lovely big well furnished terrace at the front of the hotel to sit out on which was perfect for our stay as it was during a long hot sunny spell.

We were able to book here last minute when our other accommodation let us down which was very convenient. We enjoyed the cosy bar area. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Even though there were other guests staying we didn't hear any of them moving about the place. Great to have dedicated parking in a small village.
