Everything was wonderful, the property, the hosts, the grounds, the added little details, milk on arrival, dressing gowns, slippers. The place was pristine ! Yes the place is a little drive away from shops etc, but, this is just what I wanted. It was so peaceful & relaxing. I would highly recommend xx

My room was very well appointed, with a lovely luxurious finish and to a high specification. The bed and bedlinens were so comfortable, I haven’t slept so well in quite some time and as a business traveller, I am quite particular about the mattress. This was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Lovely peaceful location.

Lovely country pub. Room was spotless and very comfortable. We rated the bed and covers as one of the best we had slept on. The overnight rate included breakfast, which was superb. Sleepy village, but as the Red Lion is a pub, you really don't have to go anywhere for a good and reasonably priced evening meal. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Good night, sleep, very quiet outside.

This hotel is in a lovely quiet village. It serves good beer (Otter) and delicious food, especially the wonderful breakfast. It is a little gem and is ideal as a 'stop off' on the way to Cornwall. We had a fantastic comfortable 'King' bed - I think we were in the Oak Room.

Lovely little village pub with rooms. My room 1st floor right hand side in the photo was a great size, clean and super comfy bed. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, both staff, locals and other guests. Really good breakfast too. They also organised filling our flasks with coffee for our day out, and packed sandwich lunch. Must mention very good pint or three of Otter too 😀

Lovely village pub with great food and B&B rooms - perfect overnight stop for us. Arrived at 7.30pm and had a great evening meal. Our room was finished beautifully and the bed was really comfy. Great shower in ensuite and our full English breakfast set us up for the day ahead. Free parking was outside the pub or in the street.

The Pub was very comfortable, and bearing in mind it was in a small village it was very busy. A good atmosphere. All staff were friendly and the food was lovely, very prompt service. The room was very comfortable and dog friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.

Situated in a pretty village just opposite a farm and close to the lovely local pub. The cottage offered plenty of space for our family holiday (seven adults plus dog). The kitchen was very well equipped and there was ample provision of china, cutlery and glasses - useful when dishwasher on! The conservatory was a great space to spend time together.
