The cottage is so cosy. The bed is very comfy!
Great facilities, nice shower, the cottage was really warm didn’t need to use any of the heaters provided. Great that a tv is in the bedroom as well as downstairs. We have already booked for next year!! So would highly recommend.

The location in a small quiet village about 4 miles from Cromer was good, the big advantage was the private parking.
Accommodation very clean a credit to the cleaners, also nicely equipped and thought out.
The cottage was in excellent condition; everything we needed was there.
When we provided some feedback on a couple of minor issues, they arranged to have them fixed straight away.
Location, a very quiet village (pub, school, church), was ideal as our base for both our walking and for driving to places we wanted to go.
The cottage is decorated nicely and well equipped. Bed very comfortable. It is in a peaceful village with lovely country walks. Also walked to Overstrand, which has a lovely beach.

We spent a very relaxing few days in Northrepps. It's a pleasant little village within easy driving of Cromer and Sheringham. The house was lovely with everything you could want in a holiday home. It was beautifully clean and very cosy. Maybe we'll come back in the summer some time!
Our room was great. It was well decorated and maintained. The property is located in a lovely quiet village. Ann was the perfect host. We particularly liked the chocolates and sherry that were supplied.
The property was extremely clean and comfortable and the little luxury touches to the room were a treat! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety on the menu. The owner and her daughter were lovely hosts and I would highly recommend a stay here, one of the nicest B & B’s I have experienced. Great location and I can’t wait to return!
