Nice cosy and well appointed accommodation situated down a quiet lane. Host provided a welcome pack comprising milk, orange juice, butter and crumpets as well as tea, coffee and sugar. What a great find! The cottage was bright, airy, and cheerful. The cooking implements were perfectly sufficient, and it was very nice to have a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen. The bathroom was very nice, and the bedroom was comfortable. Cheryl was most accommodating and easy to contact. The lovely fresh homemade cakes on arrival was SO nice! We really enjoyed all of the sweet hamlets in the area. What a peaceful, idyllic part of the country. We happened to be staying when the Wolds Steam Railway was in operation, and that was a fun little expedition.
