Nothing. We didn't even unpack the car. The place was rank, dirty and smelly. There was no way we were going to spend a night there let alone 3. Really poor and nowhere near good enough.

The entire property was lovely, quiet and relaxing. The views were beautiful. Both the sauna and hot tub were of high quality. The property was also within 20mins of various farm shops and attractions. The host was very welcoming and attentive. We received a very detailed welcome pack with map pins for local points of interest and farm shops.

We loved the total peace and quiet, the property is set in beautiful countryside with stunning views, yet is still close to Welshpool. Accommodation is spacious, spotlessly clean and of a particularly high standard. We arrived on a cold evening with snow on the ground but the property was lovely and warm, the host having turned the central heating on earlier in the day. Host called to check all was well shortly after we arrived and left a surprise welcome pack for us. We were very impressed and we plan to return for a further stay next summer.

Lovely room, plenty of space for the family. Wonderful old building and beautiful village and surroundings, football pitch out the back and covered eating/drinking area was fantastic on a Summer’s evening, especially for the kids. Excellent quality food and good selection of beers, great breakfast too and staff were really polite and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent and served promptly and in the most pleasant of manners, almost like breakfast at home and thank you to the kind lady that served us. The property itself is a beautiful old building and the interior is just as grand and is located in a quiet Welsh village in a beautiful setting, don't go there if you want noisy clubs or discotheques on your doorstep.

Friendly, helpful staff. Family run and uses local produce. Very tasty evening meal and breakfast. Great location, we visited lake Vernwy nearby. Quiet village. We were able to watch a local Ospreys nest live on tv which was fascinating at breakfast.
