Fantastic location in the centre of Norwich in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Matthew was a great host and sorted out the few minor issues very quickly. The guys had great fun in the games room.

Very bright and airy and super clean. The garden was amazing for the dogs to run around with the security of them not escaping.

Key locker so easy check in. Quaint and pretty cottage - if you are 6 foot 6 you might end up with a few headaches with the low ceilings. Comfy bed. Lovely sitting area out the back in the enclosed garden/patio.
Well equipped for catering at home if that is your thing. Bus stop 50 yards up the road if you want to leave the car for a while. Nearby chippie and small village shop. Pub is a couple of doors up the road.

We stayed in cottage next door. Stunning and beautiful decor. Had everything we needed and all very clean and high standard. Games room and hot tub were a bonus too. Host checked in to make sure everything ok. Mattishall is a lovely village and we had a great meal on the Saturday evening at the local pub.

Lavender Cottage was very cosy and comfortable with all the amenities needed for our stay. The hot tub and games room were well used, and it was dog friendly, too :)
The village was very pretty with a church, pub, fish & chips shop and a corner shop ... and it was only about 45 minutes from the seaside!
We would definitely recommend it.

What a lovely little cabin to stay in for a weekend getaway. They had thought of everything you’d need for your stay, luxury Apple TV to watch, lovely air con in the rooms, nice and clean and lovely decor throughout. It was a really nice home away from home experience and I’d happily live in that little cabin! Amazing views from the fields and wildlife which made it so peaceful. There’s a lovely little cat that wonders in and seemed to love the affection.
