Good location for the city centre. Clean, good communication with owner, comfortable beds, duvets suitable for the season, some basics provided on arrival, parking space for one car, plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. Bathrooms are immaculate.

Very quiet area of site which was exactly what we were looking for.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
A lovely traditional village pub with comfortable rooms, friendly staff and good food. We stayed for a week but there was plenty of choice on the menu for dinner and the breakfasts were exceptionally good. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The location is convenient for the attractions of Dartmoor but also quiet enough to provide some peace and quiet and the sense of staying in a friendly village rather than a busy tourist centre.
A lovely village pub in a superb location within a stone's throw of Dartmoor. The hosts were so helpful and committed to making your stay memorable. We had the downstairs room which was rather like having your own private apartment. Breakfast all locally sourced and freshly cooked could not have had a better stay with such good value. Will definitely return.
location was execellent. right in the middle of dartmoor national park. close to other beautiful villages and other lovely famous spot such as haytor and bonehill tor (5mins drive)
Having a king size bed was a luxury after 3 months on the road with double beds. The shower was hot and strong. Again, this is a luxury not usually had.
Such a good pub. Lovely big, comfortable bed. A really fun quiz and a handsome meal. The owner was so welcoming and very efficient. Manaton is a lovely village with plenty of good walks. I will be returning!
