A rare opportunity to rent our unique 'Prestige Glass House Lodge' holiday home boasting fantastic panoramic and uninterrupted open views that can be enjoyed from our sunken heated Hot Tub. A brand new Leisure Centre has just re-opened on site. This lodge is arguably the best sited Lodge on Devon Hills' Our unique selling points compared with our competitors include: 1. Private drive parking for four cars. 2. Massive 44 X 22 Glass House Lodge Unique to Devon Hills. 3. Uninterrupted Views to the Devon countryside. 4. Perfect Location enjoying high degree of privacy. 5. Air- Conditioning to Living Room/Bedroom. 6. Massive deck & sunken Hot Tub. When approaching the lodge, you are greeted by a large private driveway with ample parking for up to four vehicles. The lodge has no immediate neighbours to the sides or front elevation giving this property a secluded feel. The Glass House has been thoughtfully designed with modern living very much in mind. The modern design includes, vaulted ceilings, along with a raised kitchen area & modern design throughout. The lodge measures 44ft x 22ft which makes it larger than the standard lodge and is built to residential standard BS3632 so that all year living is possible. Inside the home, you have an open-plan layout which includes a fully fitted kitchen featuring an island unit with 5-burner hob, integrated appliances including eye level oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine & fridge freezer. Note our lodge has Air Conditioning in the Lounge/Bed Room one. The living area has a generous sized two-piece leather motorised lounge suite, double sofa bed, 65 inch TV-CD Player Additionally in this space you have a dining area with two sets of patio double doors that open out on to the attractive decking area with stunning open Devon country views. Towards the rear, you have two well-proportioned double bedrooms, the master features skylights, separate dressing room large TV plus ensuite with walk-in shower.
My husband and I are local to the Paignton area. We have over 15 years rental experience. We are a family run business therefore all cleaning and maintenance is undertaken by family members.. Therefore we can guarantee the very highest standards of cleanness at hygiene.
Our lodge sets the standard for luxury and location on Devon Hills. We have private parking for up to four cars, a sunken HOT TUB located on a extended decking area. We have no neighbour's to THREE sides of our lodge and we offer privacy and uninterrupted Devon countryside views. We also provide Air Conditioning for the hotter months of the year to make sure you get a good nights sleep. Devon Hills has a lovely Devon rolling Hills setting. We are located just 2.5 miles from the clean and sandy beaches and bustling town of Paignton and approx. 5 miles from Torquay. A haven of peace and tranquillity that unites magnificent Devon countryside views with a wealth of excellent facilities. This is the ideal base for enjoying relaxing and invigorating holidays and down time. There are new leisure facilities including indoor pool, café, gym, sauna and steam room opening spring 2024. With the seaside town of Paignton not far from our lodge, you can enjoy sand and sea as well as the picturesque country side. Nearby you can find nature reserves, walks and trails, history and heritage sites, and a whole host of attractions all on your doorstep.
