It was very isolated with no one around which was perfect. We were very lucky to see monkjack deer in the morning. It was also the ideal location to visit family and other places of interest.

The view, easy access to the beach, the huge patio doors! Nice kitchen, comfy settees, easy living. Lovely patio! Lots of airy windows. They have really thought about detail. We would like to go back there. And I mustn’t forget the palm tree!! We loved it!

Quiet location. Parking right in front of house. Spotlessly clean. Warm. Spacious light and airy rooms. Comfortable beds. Downstairs toilet plus 2 bathrooms. Kitchen very well equipped even an electric whisk.. Thorpeness is a unique village and a delight to walk around. Would stay here again.

Everything was fine in the property, good size rooms, well decorated with a modern kitchen and bathroom which left us wanting for nothing.
The garden looked great also but it wasn't the time of year to take advantage of it unfortunately.

Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
10 out 10 for comfort and convenience, as Greenacres is so well-situated for the Suffolk coast, towns and villages and Sandra and Steve have taken care to make sure guests have everything they need to feel right at home.
The location was ideal for us as we were visiting a family friend 5 minutes down the road. It is also very well placed for visiting Suffolk villages. Kelsale, down the road, is a lovely little village for a start. The patio garden was really safe for the dog who loved lying out there in the sun. We also enjoyed eating lunch out there one day!
Good location in small attractive village. Cottage is very well equipped, comfortable and homely. Good support from Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages who manage the booking. Parking is fine but really only for 1 medium size car.
