The communication with the owner was perfect! :) He sent us some videos in advance about how to use the kitchen and key box, parking and so on. He always replied immediately and was really nice and helpful. The house was clean and perfectly furnished everything worked well. There is a big toaster as well! :) Towels were perfectly clean as well as the bathroom. Do not forget to bring your own shower gel and shampoo. The area around the accommodation is really quiet (although you can sometimes hear the train, but that is ok). There is a Tesco store nearby, about 10-minute walk as well as bus and train stop - perfect locality! It takes about an hour to get to the center of London (Westminster, Buckingham palace...).
