Where to start.....excellent location, spacious, very clean, easy parking, great host communication....
We booked this house for a family holiday with ages ranging from 8 to 70. Plenty of room, loads of amenities (board games, sky tv, jigsaws) although the weather was fantastic so was out and about most of the time. Dog friendly (took 2 dogs) and the beach is a 5 minute walk away for an early morning dog walk and coffee in the beach cafe. Bus stop for the open top bus which took you into great yarmouth was just a short walk away as was the boating lake where we spent a morning doing a treasure hunt with the kids.
Self catering facilities were excellent with the added bonus of a dishwasher and washing machine. The host was very good with answering my many questions before I'd even arrived. 10/10 would definitely book again!

Location was good on the edge of a small village with plenty of things to do a short drive away. The property was very nice, spacious and clean. A nice big garden and a lovely hot tub. The view was out of the main windows was beautiful and created lots of light.
