Farmhouse was awesome Brilliant garden even for early teens Fabulous and safe for our 2 granddogs Great choice of bedrooms Absolutely, everything needed in the kitchen was there Lots of condiments, kitchen roll etc was there Loved the bottles of dish cleaner, shampoos, etc. Very stylish. I can't say anything bad about this property. 150% recommended for families. For us, there were 6 adults and 3 early teens Matt, the owner (I think), was brilliant with his messages when I needed to contact him

Entire two bedroom house in penrith, hotel in Greystoke

Entire two bedroom house in penrith, a property with a garden, is located in Penrith, 30 km from Derwentwater, 44 km from Buttermere, as well as 44 km from World of Beatrix Potter.

House is in a great location, walking distance to town centre and major supermarkets. Small garden at rear is nice space. No parking at the property but space available in nearby location is fine. House and kitchen are well equipped, excellent powerful shower. The most comfortable bed I have encountered in a holiday let in a long time.

Second time we have stayed at this property. My dad is a wheelchair user and the whole property is designed with a wheelchair user in mind without making it overly obvious. Great location, parking, washing machine and welcome pack. We'll definitely be booking for a 3rd time!

Lovely B&B. Stayed for a night on the way to Scotland. Would have liked to stop for longer, the village of Greystoke is very interesting and a nice area for exploring the countryside. The local pub does a good meal. Family rooms are good size.
