A very well appointed cottage in a lovely location. Plenty of room for four and the kitchen was fine for catering (the decent knives were appreciated!). The nearby pub is thriving and serves good food (although one ale was undrinkable due to dirty lines).

Lovely cottage. Great location. Very comfortable. Good quality kitchen utensils and crockery etc. Very pleased with our choice and would stay again if in the area. The Boot and Shoe pub was a bonus for us as it serves good food and is within easy walking distance. We had a great stay

We have stayed at The Boot and Shoe many times and have never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and always make us feel welcome. It's nice to find somewhere that is very dog- friendly. The bar areas are very cosy, and the extra dining area in the garden is a great addition.
