The house is really comfortable and there is everything you will need to cook in the kitchen, there is a dishwasher and combined washing machine with option for drying the clothes. The property manager was super friendly, helpful & took care of all requests that we had in a short time. There were some little hiccups upon arrival but things were sorted out on the next day to our satisfaction. The parking situation on the property is not ideal as the parking spaces are rather small but the manager arranged for two spaces and one car was outside, yet as it is a quiet neighbourhood, finding a parking spot was not a problem. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay, the beach in walking distance is alright, a bit steep to get there but otherwise clean and good. Really nice beaches are in a short driving distance (20-30 min). Our villa was clean, housing standards are typical for Bulgaria - ok, but not amazing! The shared part of the property was well maintained, the pool was clean & never too busy!

The house is really big and cozy. The swimming pool was amazing, kids were really excited! The sea is quite close. It's very green in the garden. There are three terraces, at each floor, the terrace at the top floor had barbeque facilities - the evenings at the terraces were great! A very good option for families with kids.
