Place is perfect for overnight. What makes this place special is Maria who welcomed is like a mother. We had coffee and raki offered at arrival . For free. Then we had a delicious dinner later in the evening. Also breakfast very delicious with fresh made Albanian pancakes.

Aleks was a great host. He was attentive, kind, and very friendly. The views from the room were breathtaking, everything was as it was advertised online. We traveled in early May with high temperatures being in the high 60F, and lows being low 50F. There was no need for the small electric heater or fireplace. We kept the windows open almost all day long, and even the one upstairs at night as our first night we were a little warm since the room stays well insulated. The included breakfast was not only delicious, but the views from the dining room were a huge bonus. Quality of food was outstanding. The olive oil was amazing quality coming from Aleks's family in Greece, the goat cheese was from a local in Theth. We opted in for dinner at the Villa for the additional charge and it was worth the price. Portions for two felt as if they were really for 4 people. Wifi was strong and reliable.

I highly recommend staying here next time in Theth. Hand built property from the owners with lots of knowledge and connection to the valley. My travel plans had to be rearranged and they kindly hosted me. Incredibly kind & great communication. The room was clean and more then satisfactory after a day of exploring. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Would recommend this with no hesitation.thabks Maldin & Isabella

My stay at the alpine villa was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with stunning views of the snow-capped mountains and lush greenery surrounding the property. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and dine in, while the outdoor patio provided the perfect spot for enjoying a glass of wine and taking in the breathtaking views. The combination of luxurious accommodations, breathtaking views, and top-notch service made for a perfect mountain getaway. I can’t wait to return and experience it all over again.

The house is spacious and comfortable. The host is very nice, he helped us with everything we needed. The view is spectacular!
