The staff was very kind and helpful. They can pick you up from the station and drop you off too. The room was clean and quite large, more than enough for a couple.

What a little gem of a hotel right on the lake shore. The photo they use is exactly the view from our bedroom - although we didn't see completely to the top of Mt Fuji we saw nearly all of it. Had a private onsen (hot spa bath) room which was welcome at the end of a long drive. Host and owner was super helpful and very friendly. An enormous dinner and breakfast were included in the price of the room. Tasty and imaginative food and friendly service.
