It’s just by the station so it’s very convenient to get to mt aso. The people at the reception desk were very friendly and printed the bus schedule for me. Thank you!

I recommend you to take the diner as it was excellent

It also boasts a thermal-heated indoor swimming pool. Free WiFi is provided in public areas. The room was nice and spacious, cozy and comfortable. They have an amazing variety of onsen and perhaps the only place with mixed onsen which I enjoyed very much with my husband. Staff was amazing as well.

Situated in the centre of the Kurokawa Onsen Area and boasting a total of 8 indoor/outdoor hot spring baths, Nanjoen offers traditional Japanese-style accommodation with tatami (woven-straw) flooring and futon bedding. Very nice atmosphere and service here. The lobby, dining area and rooms, everywhere is so clean, the hot springs as well. Even we don’t speak Japanese, they still tried hard to explain every dishes of our dinner.
