Nestled in the countryside, just 1.2 miles from the market town of Cowbridge, Glyndwr Vineyard is surrounded by lawns, orchards and a 6-acre vineyard. Guests can meet the resident llamas. Free parking is available onsite. we stayed at the vineyard for the Easter weekend with my partner and our dog. everything was perfect, the room was cozy and had everything we needed. we would have loved to do the vineyard tour but didn’t want to leave our dog alone in the room, instead we tried some of their wines and beers and they were delicious. thank you very much for the hospitality, would definitely go back

The room was very clean and the bed was great. The young man on Reception was doing his first shift and he was excellent. First rate and I don;t know how they do it for the money they charge. 5 stars from me.

The historic Cardiff Castle and the vibrant city centre are within half an hour’s drive. Everything the staff were very welcoming food was lush bedrooms was nice overall excellent value for money

The location of the Tadross Hotel is ideal for those who want easy access to the capital city of Wales, but without the rush, crush or expense. It offers en suite rooms and free on-site parking (with CCTV).

Close to rail station to access Cardiff City Centre Quiet location The staff at reception, bar and restaurant where we had breakfast were all very good. The breakfast was enjoyable and good value even if room was basic at the price which may or may not be related to the Springsteen concert in town. Bar was reasonably priced too We enjoyed the hot bath we were able to take.

Good budget hotel, better than we were expecting
A well-positioned budget hotel with very pleasant and attentive staff in easy reach of the airport and other Vale of Glamorgan attractions. The hotel was very clean and well-tended and offered breakfast, bar etc. If we need hotel accomodation in the area again, we would definitely consider it.
Really great location, good price
Room was basic but very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful and great location for the train station which we relied on to get into the city center
For a budget hotel as they class themselves we were more than happy with our stay. All the staff were lovely and happy to help. We wanted extra pillows which my husband asked for and they were brought straight up. Our towels were changed everyday we had used them. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed, bed was comfortable and great views. We would definately be happy to stay again and will recommend them to anyone wanting to visit Barry.
Just back from a fabulous 2 nights in Barry the hotel is fabulous value for money budget hotel that went above and beyond our expectations we will be back
I booked mainly because of the fact it’s a resort with sauna/pool and spa facilities and it’s a quiet, beautiful location so better than staying in the city centre when you want a peaceful retreat.
