Everything is fantastic in this guesthouse. Is just that I spent too many days in Santa Cruz and I was left with only 2 nights in San Cristobal. Soon after I arrived my both eyes had conjunctivitis, I had to leave the island to Quito to see an eye specialist. The husband-and-wife team who manage this place are wonderful people. They are informative.
I hope to return soon.

Christian speaks very good English and gave us much information about the islands. Free airport pickup and nice location near the beach.
Great location, super close to pier and in walking distance to the airport. Rooms were spacious and clean, although a bit worn-off (which wasn’t negative at all). Friendly staff, preparing nice breakfast in the morning. Room was already ready when arriving around 9.30am, which was great Good-value-for money when being in San Cristobal.

Central location. Helpful staff. Once we moved rooms we were happy with our accommodation. Our first room was very run down - and way overpriced for what was offered. Definitely hostel and not 3 star hotel.

We liked everything! The owners were very nice and welcoming, the room very clean, always water tea and coffee available. In the morning we even got some fruits! The owner was also very helpful in organizing tours for us for a good price. We even got a free ride offered to the airport. Location also very convenient, close to the center but very silent street at night. When we return to San Cristobal, we hope to stay here again.
This is a basic room with everything you need in a very good location. What is truly special about it are the wonderful, kind owners Marco and Terasa who made us feel very welcome and their son Marco whose English was outstanding. Their recommendations were not only helpful, they ensured we saw the best parts of the island at a good price and ate great affordable food. They gave us so many tips about where to walk and when. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Very lovely place. Close to the city center and some restaurants, bakery and the port, very nice location. Jeimy was really Nice and showed us some places to go around the island. Rooms were cleaned every day and you can refill your water bottle for free. You can use well functioning kitchen, rooms are quite big.
Hostal Nathaly is definitely a good option for travellers on a budget. The location is very nice, just 10 minutes walking from the port. Additionally, there are very cheap restaurants around, since the ones close to the port are very touristy and expensive. The staff is very friendly and helped me with every question, they let you leave your luggage at the hostel if your flight is in the afternoon. They also have snorkelling gear which they give to you for free during your stay, just ask. The rooms were simple but clean.
Overall, it's a good option to stay in San Cristobal on a budget. Especially the rooftop terrace is awesome. The local market is just around the corner, to the main area of the town, it's around a 3min walk - so the location is great. Rooms were clean and in size ok, so not much to complain :)
