The view from the room was fantastic The manager is excessive helpful and very polite

Set on Palm Bay Beach, Hideaways Exuma offers charming accommodation overlooking the Atlantic Ocean or the surrounding hills. It features an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant.

Each air-conditioned apartment is decorated in attractive pastel colours. All accommodations have a terrace with seating area, and a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Perfect location, close to Georgetown. The beach is amazing and what a pleasure to get out of your cottage and jump in the ocean! Go for an oceanview beachside villa, it is worth it. Cottages are very comfortable, well fitted, and extremely clean, like the rest of the resort. The private beach is very nice, clean, quiet, and we spotted lots of fish, including barracudas and moray eel, and turtles. The staff is very nice and effective. We rented a car at the airport to move freely across the island and a self-driving boat to roam around Stocking Island (10-15 minutes by boat from the resort). Both are quite affordable. There are two supermarkets nearby, one downtown (Exuma Market)

Our central location in downtown George Town makes us the perfect launching pad for all that Exuma and the Bahamas has to offer whether it is swimming with famous Exuma Pigs or snorkeling in the Thunderball Grotto and at Dean’s Blue Hole. The boat across to Stocking Island was excellent and the beach there was super. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. A really fabulous place!
