Michelle the receptionist at the time checked us in promptly. Around 15 minutes later Michelle gave us a courtesy call which I thought was excellent and reassuring. We checked out in the early hours and the night receptionist (woman) was equally very helpful. I thought those staff were an asset to Best Western.
