We rented a little house, Wich was cosy, Thai style and clean. You could chill on the terrace and the garden around the house gave privacy and was well kept. Breakfast was in nice setting and very good.
The staf was always helpful and very polite. The pool was clean, enough to refresh.

Hotel is very close to the Old Historic Town. You can go there and around the Historic Site by bicycle.
The resort is kept very nicely with a lot of love for detail. Beautiful flowers and trees. It is a quiet place.

We stayed here as a group of three friends for my birthday. We had neautoful rooms, a real treat for us as. Travellinv in a budget. The resort is just stunning, the staff amazing, the location great and close to the main Historical park and restaurants. We did not want to oeave.. For my birthday they gave me a hand writte. Card which wa svery touching.. The room massages were cheap and fabulous. We will be back. Thank you to everyone at Thai Thai Sukhothai.
The location is perfect. When we arrived around 17:00, the owner asked if we wanted to see a few temples, before it’s dark. And so before we knew it, her daughters drove us around, to the best places. It was great. The owner doesn’t speak much English, but it all went well using Google translate. We also rented bikes for a good price.
Great location, so peaceful and calm inside the nature but close to the park just 10 minutes cycling. Really good and big breakfast. The owner and the husband are so nice, the help you with everything, the call us a taxi and rent bikes with a good price. They took us pictures and the atmosphere is so beautiful and relaxing. We already miss it!
Old Town Boutique House is in a quiet location very close to the Sukhothai Historic Park. The room is quite a reasonable size, the bed was firm but comfortable. Facilities are fairly basic but very functional and with touches of Thi styling making it so much more attractive than most budget accommodation. There is a breakfast room with free tea, coffee, toast and jam. The family that run this are delightful, welcoming and helpfu. This is truly exceptional value and highly recommended
The location is perfect, 10 min away from the old town that has plenty of places to visit and eat in the evenings.
The owner can help you get a scooter (good price and the scooter is brought to you at the resort :) ), bikes etc.

The hotel was just as lovely as the photos. Good location to use the hotel free bicycles to go and explore Sukhothai Historical Park, and the local city centre where there are nice places to eat. The room was spacious, comfortable and it had lovely facilities. Lovely walking around the grounds a night when everything is lit up. The little gifts left in the room were a sweet touch! Beautiful pool, great massage by spa on-site. Restaurant food is very good too. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great location and the lady at the reception was really helpful and friendly. The room was great and I had a large balcony at the front side of the hotel. Room and bathroom had the perfect size for me. The location is very good because it’s really central in the city center of modern Sukhothai. It’s not too busy in the evening. Sukhothai is in my opinion not a busy place, although you still may hear some “noise” because of it’s central location but it didn’t bother me at all.
Big room for a very good price, clean,, helpful staff and great location - one minute from a 7-11, a few minutes away from the Historical Park and about 6 minutes away from WinTour Bus station where you can go to Bangkok or Chiang Mai
