The Villa is poorly maintaned, its more of a homestay than hotel. The iron is faulty and spoilt my office wear. Jangan harap the customer service to answer your call as they are really not helpful at all. They contacted me after few days and ask me to return my spoilt short for them to clean, some really nonsensical suggestions. My advice, dont take this villa.

Have designated parking space,secure and safe surrounding,shower is great.bed is comfy too.have prayer mat and telekung for muslim.the living room light can be change to 3 different mode. Have aircond and enough fan. Mineral water was plenty.very clean tiles and got carpet in each area of the apartment.The location is good if you have plan in bangi,kajang and serdang area which I go for dinner event and kids school activites.good gateway place. everything is a complete good apartment.
The staff is friendly & helpful when we asked about place for breakfast, they even offered us a ride to the makan place 🙏 The hotel is clean though is budget hotel.
One of the best budget hotels I’ve been to. Water flow is excellent, WiFi is fast (had problems at intervals), near cheap restaurants, convenience stores, bus terminal, ATM, Dobi, Mr. DIY-like shop as well. 24-hour reception is nice, although understaffing happens. Hotel card lets you open the entrance from outside the building. Table in the room is perfect for setting up laptop. Water cooler available at the lobby.
