Clean pleasant room with two opening windows. This allowed a natural breeze through the space. There was also a small balcony with an interesting neighbourhood view (from the 5th floor to the rear of the site). Staff were friendly and considerate. Location is close to Nippori station, fabric town and in walking distance of Yanaka and also Higurashi Bakery.

Hotel was relatively inexpensive, yet offers a very comfortable stay. Rooms were new and extremely clean. The location is great, as it’s located on top of Oshiage Station and right next to the Tokyo Skytree. The hotel breakfast was also very good.
