The staff are very helpful and eager to assist your stay. The hotel has great private and secure car parking. The atmosphere is laid back and welcoming. Although it’s only one floor, I do wish they put an elevator for older guests and disabled people. This is one of the best hotels in Erbil, the look and feel of the rooms are to a great standard. I have stayed many times on business trips thus far.
