The location is very good, close to the beach, a supermarket and the city center. The house was very clean and had everything we need, although a shower in the bathroom downstairs would be a valuable improvement. The host was nice and helpful.

Most of the staff were helpful, professional but friendly. Accepted was only 3 stars so did not have high expectations. Breakfast offered a good acceptable choice. However insufficient staff in dining room were run off their feet as hotel was busy but they tried their best and were most pleasant. Only had breakfasts.

The accommodation is good value, but I would describe it as a budget hotel. It isn't of the same standard as one of the major chain hotels. I chose this hotel specifically because I wanted a cooked breakfast - most of the other hotels state 'continental' breakfast, but breakfast here was a full cooked breakfast, made to order, and was very good. I think the hotel was very quiet on the night I stayed, but I really had the best night's sleep in ages. Overall, I was very pleased and would happily stay here again.

Very good location, nearby city centre, could reach all tourist attractions by feet. Free street parking and small private parking direct in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff. The room is simple but clean. Kettle, coffee and tea inside the room. Very good and tasty warm breakfast in the morning, we like the breakfast very much! There are India restaurant, Chinese restaurant beside the hotel and "Fish & chips" just cross the road. There is also a local restaurant inside the hotel.
