All the staff that I met were very helpful and kind. The room was spotlessly clean and more than adequate for a budget hotel short stay. The hotel had everything I needed.
Location is excellent, free parking, easily accessible from M25, about 3 miles, 5 min walk to tube, opposite excellent micro pub and staff very helpful. So refreshing not to stay at a purpose built chain provider that looks same wherever you are. Very good price for London too
Location in Romford is good. Close to train station which could be a bit noisy but it did not disturb me. A half hour trip on Elizabeth line to London City centre. All was clean, in place and worked. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Good price convient location walking distance to town and shopping . Breakfast included . Have booked again. Teen on a course at college so not too far by car but bus would also get there.

Liked the location. Breakfast was great. .Most staff in the Hotel had a smile on there face for us which is always a bonus. Carmella in the breakfast room was efficient and always had a smile, and always seemed to be the only one doing any work. Most of the other breakfast staff were showing signs of not wanting to be there. Our room attendant was attentive and personable. All in all this budget Hotel is a little gem, we will return there as the Location suits our purpose. We will just pick a different room than room 312.
