He went the extra mile to help me and is one of the friendliest people I have ever met in the UK. Thank you Beret 🙏☺️

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, food was amazing and very good price. As we were on the Ferry back home to Jersey the next day, the location was perfect with a decent size car park. Our 3rd time staying here and will always choose this place when coming across from Jersey to Poole.

Perfect location a very short walk from the coast. We could see the sea from the window. Very convenient for Poole City centre, The Quay and harbour, Sandbanks, Studland Beach, Old Harry's Rocks, Corf Castle and much more. The hosts were very helpful and always responded to questions straight away. The apartment was very up to date, warm and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient bog average three star hotel in good location. Hotel generally somewhat dated but overall good value and food reasonable. Pleasant to have option of cooked breakfast, so much better than tepid fired items in buffet style.

Lovely location perfect for visiting family in poole. Sandbanks Hotel was a little underwhelming to be honest. Obviously an Economy room was how it was billed and economy room was exactly how it was presented. Very dated and tired Hotel. Staff were acceptable and whole experience was ok just!!!

The hotel is in a great location near to the quay and lots of places to eat and drink. Also close to the town centre. the circular bus also stops right outside for the centre and hospital. The hotel is a little dated and rooms are currently being refurbished. I stayed in a refurbished room and it was pleasant, spacious and comfortable and overlooked the quay. Great customer service and great stay if you want a budget hotel in a great location as a base.
