Location was superb, away from any noisy traffic and set in huge beautiful gardens. About 5 miles from Sidmouth, a lovely small seaside town, definitely worth visiting.
The owners were wonderful, friendly and helpful in every way we could have wanted and looked after us brilliantly.
Terrific breakfasts.
The owners also had two lovely friendly black Labrador dogs who greeted us often when we parked our car.

The location is perfect for access to Beer beach and coastal walks. Nice sea view from the room. We had two evening meals, both nights the service was excellent and the food was quick to arrive. The staff were very helpful and polite, relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is dog friendly and we felt very comfortable with our two dogs being with us at dinner etc

St Andrews House was in a good location with lovely grounds and easy free onsite parking. The accommodation was nice and use of the heated swimming pool was a bonus when the weather was hot. Fiona and Jon were great hosts, friendly and attentive. The breakfast offering was varied and delicious. Would stay here again if visiting Lyme Regis in the future.
Great communication from the owners, who also kindly extended our parking, very clean, great location for us (a nice ten minute walk along the river to the beach) and a really good price
Great location, a few minutes walk from town centre and beach. Car park was just a 5-8 minutes up the road and good price. Comfy sofa and large bedroom. Kitchen was well equiped and hosts kindly left us with milk, biscuits & wine! There was tea, coffee and sugar supplied too.
