Breakfast was good and plentiful staff excellent no problems, evening meals not up to much lacking variety, 1st room absolute appalling, very small, not a chair to be found, hardly any hanging space in the wardrobe, occupied by two radiators a large fan and hair dryer, very little storage space for clothing or shoes, and no space in the bathroom for toiletries etc, we were moved in the morning by the staff because of serious faults in this room, i.e main light fitting not working hanging loose(not connected properly, very little flow of hot water from the bathroom taps, loose seat loose and the radiator side panel was falling off, the TV had wires and a electrical adapter plug hanging out of the side,
As I have said we were moved to another room supposedly bridal suite, this was a bit better at least it had somewhere to sit, the wardrobe had once again radiator fan and hair dryer the wiring for the T.V was the same as the first room wires and a adapter plug hanging down the wall, the bathroom extractor fan was so noisy we couldn't use it, at least one of the rooms was supposed to accommodate two people for 5 nights.

Great location. Lovely apartment. Very clean & tidy. Loved the welcome pack, especially the bottle of fizz in the fridge, thank you. Helped us celebrate my wife's birthday nicely.
The location is ideal to visit main attractions in Ross-on Wye , close to local supermarket, walking distance. Breakfast was good, however have to ask for vegan option
Beautiful house with original features , furniture and lovely garden. Off street parking. Great location for local attractions. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Kay has been an amazing host.
Location, peaceful, felt like home. Very comfortable. Second time stayed, a shame we couldn’t stay longer. We met the owner on arrival. A very pleasant helpful chap.
The lodge is on a private estate in a quiet location. It would be advisable to get directions from the owners as our sat nav sent us to the wrong place. It is ideally situated for the interesting puzzlewood and clearwell caves ( closed tues/weds.) Plus other attractions are all near by.
We found the lodge to be comfortable and well equipmented with Netflix available.
All in all a lovely place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate recommending Liberty Lodge.
