Chambres d'Hôtes Le Clos des Marronniers, hotel in Luc-sur-Mer

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Chambres d'Hôtes Le Clos des Marronniers is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Douvres-la-Délivrande, 13 km from Memorial of Caen.

Breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. The view into the garden watching the "Gardener" work was relaxing. The privacy that the house and surrounding garden provided was excellent and the quiet road that the property stands on ensured a peaceful stay and a good nights sleep.

Brit Hotel Caen Nord - Mémorial, hotel in Luc-sur-Mer

Brit Hotel Caen Nord - Mémorial is located in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Caen, only 400 metres from the Memorial Museum.

Twin bedroom. Clean tidy and just as advertised. We had a more than adequate evening meal in a very pleasant location. A good atmosphere and it was very busy. All the staff were polite and efficient and spoke good English which was our bonus. I will highly recommend this Hotel to friends. We did not have breakfast.

Location was very good, near to beach, shops and restaurants. Plenty of information left by the host. Clean and very well stocked apartment everything you need. Fairly quiet during our stay but there was entertainment on the beach front which was ok. Very easy to collect the keys from lock box and good communication from the host. Would return anytime.

Beautiful location, highly convenient and beach across the road. This is a great spot for exploring the Normandy beaches, but the town itself of Luc sur Mer is worth visiting as a seaside town. The host was lovely and waited for our arrival (we were later than expected) and she was very forgiving of that. Thank you! The apartment is lovely and quaint and the kitchen, though small, is perfect for short stays. Great shower and the bedroom is lovely, large and sits right on the street - I loved that!
