The staff were incredible. I accidently forgot my passport in the safe. They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

Beautiful Hotel, exquisite decor, very modern. Whole experience was wonderful, bit of luxury for 4 nights! Such a quiet location, room very quiet, our room was next to the lift which thought might be noisy but never heard it!! Best comfortable bed ever, and best shower EVER!! All staff from reception to the cleaners very friendly and courteous! Annie met us on arrival, very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and gave many suggestions.
