Very good location, everything is close (shops, restaurants, bars, sightseeings, beaches). The flat is very good equiped (fully for 5 people) and clean. The staff is very-very nice and helpful, they responded to all requests almost immediately. In October the swimming pool didn't work of course (the weather is not suitable for this but very nice for watching surroundings).

The position of the hotel is excellent Our room was very big with a huge terrace. Everything was spotless. The swimming pool located on the roof of the hotel is very nice and the staff allowed us to use it even after check out. The staff was extremely friendly and allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby before check in and after check out.

The hotel is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops where my husband and I had some of the best sushi we’ve had since moving to Spain four years ago. We only spent one night as we were in town for a concert. The two reception staff that we encountered were both friendly, helpful and professional and, as a plus, English speaking. The air conditioning functioned and the bed was large and comfy. We had a great night.

I have already left one review last year, same as before location is amazing, in fact even better as now the walk along the front has been added to with a bridge at one point to make the walk even easier to Puerto Banus.
