Easy access parking garage. Check in was a bit glitchy to scan the passports but otherwise easy! Super nice rooms, comfortable beds and bedding! Had no contact with the staff. Location was great for us since we my friends who were visiting live nearby.

The location was excellent - within walking distance of everything. We were on the top floor with a balcony which was really nice. They added a portable air conditioner which kept the room extremely cool. It should be noted that we were 5 flights up without an elevator. I did not have a problem with that but it may be a bit difficult for some.

We had a lovely stay here. The location is everything! We were off the train and at the hotel within 5 minutes (or less) walking and it is also right around the corner from the Cathedral - walk 1 minute and you're there! We came to town to explore the Christmas Markets and it was a great base for us. It is a small hotel and nothing fancy but it was very clean and comfortable. We did not eat breakfast there as there are many amazing bakeries around. I would 100% recommend that you book as I know I will stay again if I ever find myself back in Cologne!
