The owners Jan and Glen are very nice and very helpful! We had a very big bathroom. The owners allowed me to watch NBA play-offs on TV in the living room which I appreciated very much. Jan's breakfast was really nice and tasty. Their dog KC is awesome!

The water views are spectacular! The staff are helpful and knowledgeable of the Cabot Trail area. The breakfast was exceptionally good. Was disappointed there was no vacancy to stay an extra night, will definitely stay at the Cabot Trail motel again on our next trip out East :)

Very clean cabin with a lot of space and amenities. The bedrooms were comfortable, and there was access to a pool, walking trails and laundry facilities. Great place. The owners were very welcoming and provided great information on the area.
