We came back here after 5 years. Everything is perfect. Kim and Sharron is so lovely. Comfy like home. We love feeding the animals in the morning and take a walk at night to see possum and pademelons.

Cottage was clean, comfortable and cozy. Great water pressure and shower. Beautiful evening. Sun pours into cottage. Continental breakfast provided. Hostess was very gracious and friendly. Offered us some seasonal fruit from her garden. Would highly recommend this Cottage. If we come back to Tasmanian, we will for sure stay here again!

Good location. There are two accommodation options - the separate cottage the good reviews refer to and the in hotel budget option. This relates to the in hotel option that is cheaper but is a true above hotel room only accommodation with shared toilets and showers. Clean in room but not in common areas, external stairway was dirty and difficult for less able to manage luggage or in the rain.

The location was great, being in the centre of the village. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed dining in the hotel. Parking was good as it was adjacent to the room. Room was tidy and clean though felt a little "tired" but this is allowed for in the budget level room rate. Had an issue with double payment for the room which their reservation person sorted quickly.
