There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

Exceptional staff, a bit of language barrier but you get everything you would need, we have been provided very chesp transportation service to and from hotel, rooms were big and cool upon our arrival, modt amazing view of the city, delicious breakfast, tour information around city, laundry service and bikes for rent. Anything you would want host provided. Strongly recommend to get bikes to drive around since view around area is absolutely mind blowing.

Very good advice on how to spend the 3 days we were at Phong Nha Farmstay. Ben has also a Hotel in town (Phong Nha Villas) for those needing urban environment. Both places have really excellent vietnamese and western food !

The family was very helpful with everything like booking tours or a bus to the next destination or early check in. They were present every time when needed and so friendly! I highly recommend a stay in Phong Nha Love Homestay.

Hotel restaurant was good too and the bar downstairs produced some amazing and fresh cocktails for us.
