Incredible helpful staff, gorgeous rooms with hot tubs, really comfy beds, great outdoor areas for sitting and enjoying the weather, lots of spots to relax around the hotel, and a great breakfast spread and delicious dinner in the restaurant. They even helped us put an extra bed in one of the rooms so two people wouldn't have to share a double bed, and baked a birthday cake specially for my mum's birthday, complete with candles and in the flavours we requested!
Lovely little hotel run by an incredible, friendly and attentive staff. Beautifully decorated with a great shared space overlooking the rock formations. A extremely relaxing, very confortable, luxury and beautiful Hotel like a palace with museum! There are also a Sauna, Turkish Hamam, swimming pool and best massages for a perfect stay. The reception and service is 24 hours available, very friendly and fullfilling every wish. We highly recommend the great cave rooms with romantic, colorful lights, private pool and even waterfall - an unforgettable experience in the middle of a wonderful landscape.
The hotel is stunning and offers unique stone cave rooms. The rooms are even bigger in person and we loved the hot tub, the hamman bath, the attention to detail in the room. The breakfast was good and the rooftop is very nice to relax on in the evening.

The Seraphim Cave Suites is an exquisite hotel and we very much enjoyed our time here. We had a queen suite which was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious as were the dinners we had at the property. I also indulged in a massage which was very relaxing. The spa area is outstanding. We highly recommend this accommodation.
Our suite was amazing, better than the photos! The bed was really comfortable, bathroom, hot tub in the room were all great. The breakfast was really high quality and there was a fruit bowl in our room for whenever we felt like a snack. The entire hotel is like a scene from a movie, you can watch the hot air balloons in the mornings and all the beautiful mountains and rocks make it really special. The underground "spa" facilities is nice for a swim, sauna and steam room if you like.
Great location, located next to the area with restaurante and shops, great hotel, clean, all the attentive and welcoming staff and excellent services, all worth 10 with congratulations. Wonderful cave architecture built in the hotel itself. The spa has an indoor and outdoor pool and a sauna, and the massages were great. Excellent breakfast, varied and tasty. Overall, I recommend the hotel with confidence.
We liked the room (403) in the cave with private jacuzzi. We liked bartender Batuhan. He helped us to select a wine and had a small talk. The room was clean and large The spa was good. No reservation needed when we stayed (February). Steam Room, sauna, Turkish bath are for free. The massage needs reservation and payment. Breakfast is served on the terrace with a good view. It is self-service buffet. You can ask for Turkish coffee + there is a place to take hot crepes
