Staff was very friendly and welcome, and accommodating our needs. I was travelling with a kid and we arrived around 8 in the evening, we were very pleased that we could have tasty and various dinner in place. Welcome treat from the hotel was to add to the great experience. Early possibility to have breakfast is also important before a long early flight. 3 yo son was just saying "how beautiful" :-)

The hotel was in a very good location. It was in the city centre close to the shops. Breakfast had a large variety of foods. The spa, sauna and Hamam were very good. The masseuse did a brilliant massage.
They had all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. Everything was kept clean and I especially loved the outdoor pools and the gym. The beach was also really nice and there were plenty of sunbeds available. The hamman and massage you can pay for is also really good. Wi-Fi was suberb even at the outdoor spaces.
This exclusive hotel is right on the beach, with the most spectacular view over the pool and the Mediterranean Sea. Beautiful rooms decorated in a cool Balinese style. Large and gorgeous Spa and Wellness area, with great treatments and massages from the Balinese staff. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant has amazing food and the interior is very cool and excluse. And to top it off the restaurant also turns into the coolest nightclub with international DJ's🎉😃 We are going here again soon😍☀️
In general, it is a good hotel with a nice swimming pool, spa area and location (quiet but central). We slept vey well on the bed. And the staff was nice and friendly. We especially recommend the massage and hamam package! We had a very professional masseur and could spend a long time in the hamam, the sauna and the pool. We used the fitness room which was well-equipped. And the breakfast is delicious and with a wide variety.
The location is great. You are literally right at the beach. Restaurant around everywhere. Beach clubs are a stone walk. The hotel has a Turkish bath, spa for massages and a sauna. All these you can use as a guest. The breakfast was amazing and offers variety, I didn’t mind the face that you only get water, tea or filtered coffee and if you wanted anything else to drink you have to pay. The staff was amazing, from reception to the house keeping lady. All top notch!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! I liked the friendly staff, the beautiful modern room and an amazing hot tub, just wow! I was very impressed. The breakfast was enormous and very delicious. The spa zone and massage were wonderful. I was with my boyfriend from November 25th to 28th and we celebrated his birthday and our relationship anniversary. Everything was great! So romantic. We will definitely come again. See you soon!))
I had a very relaxing holidays, thanks to the hotel staff and especially to Hasan, he is very professional and very helpful. The hotel location is good, lots of places where to eat and where to shop. It's very clean - bathrooms and towels, always fresh. Spa is highly recommend, sauna, massage and hammam. Thank you to all staff for the wonderful vacation!!
I have to say the General Manager was amazing, the issues I had, was dealt with swiftly, he took the time to listen and resolve promptly, that is something I admired. The spa and sauna was nice, even has a Turkish bath and massage, that was nice and relaxing. huge rooms and big beds, and lovely and warm as it was in March, so heating does work in room, so made it nice and cosy.
